X-Capital exists because we kept meeting brilliant people held back by everything except their ability. So we started backing the people — and let the businesses follow.

Where we come from

Our roots are operational, not financial. The team behind X-Capital has spent more than twenty-five years actually running companies — building an education IT provider from a single school into a national operation, taking a fireworks team to a national championship win, renovating a Grade II listed pub, launching an events business from a warehouse of loudspeakers. We've done payroll on difficult months and openings on impossible deadlines. That's the experience we invest alongside.

What we believe

Investment into a business should not just be financial; it should be supported by people. We are driven by the need to understand and support the individuals we invest in, because that ultimately creates better results for all. From small start-ups to distressed situations, we thrive on doing things differently — for the benefit of everyone connected with us.

Since starting my first business at the age of 17, I have always endeavoured to one day be able to give back and help the next generation of businesses thrive and succeed.

With a background in IT and numerous successful businesses, I have grown a strong loyal following who have watched my progress over the years. Investment into a business should be so much more than merely financial assistance — business owners and their management teams should benefit from mentorship that allows them to flourish in their own leadership as well as the bottom line.

X-Capital marks the next stage of my career and journey. I am excited to shape businesses' futures — and those of their leaders.
